SoftCake is a cloud-based business software company. We build a suite of tools that owners and executives use to run the day-to-day of their business from one place — statistics and trend reporting, organizational structure, documents, contacts, projects and people.
Our approach is to take the activities every company already does and make them measurable, so decisions are based on what the numbers show rather than on recollection.
Who We Are
Every SoftCake module answers one question a business owner actually asks. What are the numbers doing? Who reports to whom? Where is that document? What did we agree with this customer? Which projects are late?
They are sold separately and work together, so a company can start with one and add the rest as it needs them.
Our History
SoftCake began in 2015 as a statistics tracking tool — a way for a company to see its real numbers week by week instead of relying on recollection. It grew from there, module by module, into the broader suite available today.
Each part was added because a business needed it, which is why the modules are sold separately: a company pays for the tools it uses and nothing more.
SoftCake is based in Clearwater, Florida, and its software is used daily by businesses across a range of industries.
